  • PLACE AN ORDER

    In order to proceed with the purchase of a product on Goosetech online store, you can follow these steps.

    The access to Goosetech online store is free and you can find all essential characteristics of the products, including price, as well as the images published to illustrate the products themselves;

    You may select one or more products you would like to buy, adding them into the Shopping Cart. You can always view and edit the Shopping Cart before placing an order. Accessing the cart you may know, before purchase and payment, all information including the costs of delivery.

    To make the purchase, you can choose to register or not to the website. You can only fill the form with all information needed to deliver the product and in this case, the data required in order to complete the order will be stored at the database goosetech.com only for the period of time required to process the order and you will be asked to enter the same data to each new order. Otherwise, to save time, you can choose to register at the site, communicating your email address and choosing a password of your choice, which will allow you to always access quickly at the website.

    In order to complete the order, you fill then all and data required for payment. You can choose to pay by PayPal, by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or in Italy also on cash upon delivery. You can see more on the sections “Payments” of the policies.

    Once you complete the order, Goosetech will send a receipt to the email order confirmation containing a summary of information relating to the purchase and proceed to with the shipment of your package.

  • PAYMENTS

    On Goosetech Store every purchase is done in complete safety because we only use secure connections and the most advanced technological systems and coding.
    For added security of purchases made by credit card, you will always be asked to enter the CVV code and all orders made by credit card or debit card must be approved by Goosetech.
    Goosetech reserves the right to contact you for further details on payment before the order is confirmed.

    Goosetech accepts the following payment methods:

    Payment by Credit Card
    We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB credit cards and ATMs rechargeable Maestro and Visa Electron. The order amount will be charged on the card within 24 hours of confirmation of the order. Transaction by Credit Card are processed through Stripe secure Gateway.

    Payment by PayPal
    To use this payment method, you should have a PayPal account or open one from the login page.
    Once you confirm the order details, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page from which you access the account to complete the payment.
    The total order will be charged on your PayPal account at the time the order is completed.

    Payment by Bank Transfer
    If you like to pay by Bank Transfer, please select it at payment method at the checkout. All bank information to complete the payment, will be displayed on that page.
    We will proceed with the shipping of your purchase, once we receive the transfer. To speed up this process, you can send us a copy of the payment receipt by email at store@goosetech.com.

    Payment by Cash Upon Delivery
    Only for shipments in Italy, it is possible to pay to DHL courier at the moment you reiceve your package. It is always allow to pay in cash (until €1.999,00) or by credit card, if the courier of your area has POS system.
    The payment upon delivery option has an additional cost of €8.00, for DHL handling fees.

    VAT and Billing
    All prices are inclusive of VAT.
    The purchase of Goosetech.com is reserved for private consumers (not holders of VAT).
    Usually, an individual does not need the invoice. To request warranty service you can keep your receipt of purchase that are included in the package of your order.
    If you want to ask for the invoice to be issued, it will be sent by e-mail when the order is shipped.

  • SHIPPINGS

    Time
    Goosetech will typically be delivered with the following timing:
    Italy: 1-2 working days
    Europe: 1-3 working days
    USA and Canada: 1-4 working days
    Russia: 3-6 working days
    Asia: 3-5 working days
    Australia: 3-5 working days
    Middle East: 3-5 working days
    ROW: 3-7 working days
    This timing is estimated for working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:30 pm. Business days are from Monday to Friday except holidays.
    Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during work hours.
    In the event of unavailability of the addresses, a notice will be left in your mailbox and you will need to contact the courier in order for the delivery to be carried out again without any additional shipping charges. After the third unsuccessfully delivery attempt and no instructions by the receiver, the product ordered will be sent back to Goosetech warehouse and must be requested by the purchaser a new shipment, the cost of which will be paid by the purchaser.

    Countries
    Goosetech deliver in all countries, included Russia to private citizen.
    No deliveries are made in PO. box Post.
    In case the delivery is requested to an address at which Goosetech does not deliver, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

    Costs
    The cost of shipping is free for orders over €300,00.
    For orders under €300,00 the cost is the following for each item.
    Italy € 10,00
    Europe €10,00
    ROW €25,00
    For shipments out of European Community the duties are on charge of the customer.

  • RETURNS & CHANGES

    Returns
    We hope you love your Goosech but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem – all returns are free and guaranteed. If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a full refund.
    It is possible to return any item purchased on Goosetech giving written notification to Goosetech within 14 days from the date of receival and returning the product to Goosetech at the latest, within and no later than 14 days aftern return notice.
    To return an item simply follow the instructions below:
    1. Contact us using the channel you prefer here.
    2. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, not used, not damaged and fitted with all accessories, labels, tag and documentation;
    3. Goosetech will send you a confirmation email containing the waybill to print and paste on the original box in order to cover the label forward.
    4. Goosetech will inform the courier and contact you to agree on the date of withdrawal of the package.
    5. Courier will pick up the package on the agreed date in the place where it was delivered or any other place you prefer, in the same country.
    6. The return is free of charge.
    Goosetech only refund the items returned according to instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions set, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
    All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any duties applied for non EU countries are not refundable.
    All conditions of Returns are also applied in the case of Exchange.

    Changes
    In case you want to change model, color or size of the products ordered and the product of different model, color or size is avaible, you can replace the products without any additional cost.
    To change an item simply follow the instructions below:
    1. Contact us using the channel you prefer here.
    2. Tell us which product you want to change with, we will check availability and reserve the new product for you.
    3. Make sure that the product you return is in the same condition in which you received it, not used, not damaged and fitted with all accessories, labels, tag and documentation;
    4. Goosetech will send you a confirmation email containing the waybill to print and paste on the original box in order to return the item to change.
    5. Goosetech will inform the courier and contact you to agree on the date of withdrawal of the package.
    6. Courier will pick up the package on the agreed date in the place where it was delivered or any other place you prefer, in the same country.
    7. Once we have just received the replacement product, we will ship the new item to the address shown for the first order, by sending an e-mail confirmation.
    8. The exchange is free of charge. It is possible to replace the model, size and color of each item only once. Eventually, it will be possible to return the item received in exchange. Even in the case of exchange, all the conditions required are the same as applied for returns.

    The timing of the refund
    After the inspection and acceptance of the returned goods your refund will be provided and you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving notification of return. In any case, the timing of repayment may vary according to the Institute of Credit that issued the card with which you made the payment.
